WORST NEIGHBOURS EVER. Seriously, never in my life I had such bad neighbours. Every single person from every side of my apartment was either a chain smoker, a crazy screaming woman, a noisy party head alcoholic with druggie friends or a f*cking drum player!

Lived there somewhere in 2017-2018, quite bad memories tbh. I see the property was renovated in 2021, which is good, but there are still serious problems that are definitely not solved. VERY sketchy neighbourhood, some questionable characters at night on the street. Twice I found some intoxicated persons resting on my doorstep, that was terrifying. Sounds of violence from a big house nearby. Couple neighbours were pretty nice, but that's about it. Bedroom window faces another neighbour's living room window, about 2 meters in between, so you get noise right there. Surprisingly big amount of insect, particularly cockroaches that get in.

We lived there for a year, and it was very good time. The unit itself is ok, nothing special, but no hidden issues either. However, what made living there so good is on-site managers - Kelli and Craig, - They were fantastic!
