Dangerous Advice & Encouraging Illegal Activity - Advice given which is false and will likely result in eviction (e.g., “don’t pay rent”), or encouraging illegal activity, are both against the rules and will result in being blocked from the community.
Profanity and Harassment - Personal abuse it not allowed. Profanity is not normally tolerated. Please avoid profanity in general. Repeated or extreme profanity will likely get you blocked from the community.
Flaming and Baiting - When writing repeated posts or replies which are designed to only flame or bait other members into argument, you may find yourself blocked from the community.
Respect Everyone's Privacy - Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make communities great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the community anonymously should stay anonymous, and you should make no effort to identify or reveal the identity of any other member.
No Personal Identification - When posting any type of comment (e.g., Question, Discussion, Review, or Replies) you must never identify, or remark otherwise, that, which may intentionally or inadvertently identify any living person(s), without their permission. For example, refer to the rental owner as “rental owner”, rather than by their personal name. The same goes for real estate agents, or anyone else.
Complaints About Posts or Members - If you have a problem with a post or member, do not inflame the situation by responding. Instead, report the post or member if they are in violation of these rules.
Reported Posts or Members - If you constantly report posts or members that do not violate these rules, you may get yourself blocked from this community. Do not report just because you do not agree with someone.
Post Moderation - If a moderator see’s fit, you may be post moderated as a warning for breaking these rules. Do not complain about this, as it is a warning before becoming permanently blocked instead.
Low Content Posts - Do not make posts with low content, or posts of little value. Your posts should be as if you were speaking to another human being and therefor contain further information that would be deemed helpful.
No Promotions or Spam - Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links are not allowed.
