Hi guys, I am current renting my house out the lease ends the 1/11/2021 but tenants are being difficult saying that want to stay in the house longer as they are building (but the lease was only ever going to be 12month) the realeste have given them 4 months written notice and have been told we want to move in at the end of the lease and the lease will not be renewed. i’m currently pregnant due 6/01/2022 and want to have the house ready for bub. what are my rights when the lease ends do they have to move out?
