Utilities disconnected reviews (Add Review)

Under some lease agreements and tenancy laws the landlord is responsible for keeping utilities in good repair and accounts paid on-time. Utilities disconnected reviews include landlords who have not repaired damaged utilities or failed to pay accounts, resulting in disconnection. This is very disruptive to the enjoyment of the rental property as utilities usually include water and electricity.
