Retaliatory eviction reviews

Under most tenancy laws retaliatory eviction is not allowed. For example, a landlord should not evict a tenant for reporting an issue and expecting it to be fixed (even if they go so far as to breach the landlord under the contract). Retaliatory eviction reviews include landlords or agents who have evicted the tenant in response to the tenant simply upholding their rights under the contract or law.
