Landlord refuses to fix items in apt. Ceiling leaks Sheetrock leaking in bedroom,mold on ceiling.Will not repair it ,water leaking on carpet all stained never replaced .ceiling fan in bedroom broken.Deck by front door boards on deck coming up.cinder block put on boards to hold down instead of screwed down almost fell twice over blocks.
