Worst property manager ever!!! We began renting the property in July 2014 and rented the property for six months until the house was sold and we went through a property manager for all our enquiries. "Martino Property Group"
When the lease was changed to the new owners I actually had to find out who to pay the rent to as I was given 0 information - not a phone call, email nothing from Martino Property Managers. When I rang to ask for the account number and introduce myself I was made to feel like an idiot as thought it was all my fault and it's my job to chase them up... I don't think so!
We had quite a few problems in the house with small things such as, dishwasher, lights and taps. Who would of thought these little problems would become so big??!
It took over a month to have our tap fixed from the day I emailed. I was so frustrated as we have to pay for water and this was no small leak. I emailed and said I'm getting a plumber out and taking it out of the rent... She then has a plumber around that day!!! Not such a hard job to pick up the phone after all...!
The dishwasher broke and we were told it was going to be fixed and it never did. Considering we paid 490 for a small house... I think ripped off is an understatement.
Lights would take over two weeks to be fixed.
She is useless. Unfriendly. No communication skills. And puts in 0 effort.
Considering it was our first time renting it wasn't very enjoyable and we also didn't get our bond back till end of September and we vacated in July...
