The trailers are not kept up. The entire park is infested with all the different types of bugs. Everyone is all up in everyone's business and gossiping including the owner. If you complain about something he will just offer you your deposit back to keep your mouth shut. When we moved in we bought all new furniture. We spent about 8k. We don't want to take any of it with us because of bugs. The sad thing is that the owner knew about the problems before we moved in and didn't tell us anything about it. He will lie to your face. He also has a mold problems and will not do anything about it. I would not recamand anyone to rent here. Take my warning and stay away from this place
