Leased property from this agent for 9 months before breaking our lease. And 9 months of drama that was! The agent was unhelpful. We waited 6 months for dishwasher promised on day 1, drains in front of home office and garage were damaged so the home office and garage flooded everytime it rained (agent told is just stop using these areas) this went unrepaired our entire tenancy, waited 5 weeks for septic tank to be emptied, white ants ate through the ballestrades of outdoor area, large ponds left uncovered even though agent assured us they would have mesh put over to make safe for children, lights and electrics would flicker and not always work, outside wired Garden lights kept flicking safety switch so instead of fixing the agent just had safety switch removed, oven didn't work. All these items were reported over and over and over. Issued them breach notice for above, but this went ignored. We ended up breaking our lease. Only good thing about this agency is they gave us all our bond back! But only because we advised them our rights and the fact we would take them for compensation if they didn't return bond! Would never recommend this agency!!

I am an owner of a property that has had to put up with feral tenants in a rental close by since they moved in. They have a party every week end, have music playing til the wee hours of the morning and they have motorbikes that they ride up the fence line. More people live there than they told the landlord. Wrote to the company outlining the problems, nothing. So I ring the police every time they do it, which is every second day and a party every week end. Well they must have pissed someone else off who doesn't want to be named cause the sales manager rocks up at my door and says I'm sending anonymous letters to her about the neighbours. I say no. I've written to you once and called but I ring the police cause you did nothing. I proceeded to tell her that they are shit neighbours and the worst we've ever had living next to us.
The next thing I know she's at my door with the owner, she's come over during her inspection because they're saying we don't have loud parties and all we can hear is a mower blah blah blah. Then tells me that I'm a liar and that ive been sending her emails and I sent a letter to the owner invading his privacy. Be good if I knew who he was! Then she finishes off her accusations and toddled back to her inspection.
Ok so I make no bones I don't like the neighbours, I don't do anything, say anything to antagonise them, I'm not good with confrontation. Police said to just work with them, which I've done. She's made things so obvious to them by doing what she did! I'm going to be the target for god knows what sort of retaliation.
The whole point of the contact with her initially is to make her understand that their behaviour is breeching their tenancy agreement by invading 'my peace and quiet enjoyment' of my property. And the motorbike noise would fall under a 'nuisance'. Facts that she has totally failed to acknowledge and act on.
i googled this real estate and it has such bad reviews and now it's obvious why.
