She promised to replace the stove and refrigerator, it took her several months, and on Christmas Eve, finally had it delivered, they were replaced with smaller, used units.
Then upon move out, she refused to do the final walk through with us. Then charged us over $600 for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning because "the house smelled so bad that it was unrentable.
She has been a complete nightmare to work with, and never repaired things she promised she would. Then to make claims, that the house smelled bad and charge us for the cleaning to make it rentable again. Unreal!! We paid to have the house and carpet cleaned, but it still wasn't good enough for her.
