This property has rusing damp and black mould in the master bedroom. Mushrooms grow in the bathroom too. Highlighted to rental manager when we moved in, no response or action. Attitude and response time of rental manager was appalling - would never rent or buy with Biggin Scott St Kilda ever. When hot water broke, 3 days to respond.
Also note - this property has two units on block - we were downstairs with uni students above - the noise was unbearable. Stay away!!!
