Both landlord and agent were terrible at this address.
Ever winter mould appears all over the walls and ceilings. The agent just cleans it off and paints over it again. Had terrible health problems living here. The gutters are rusted through, the exhaust fans don't work very well and just vent into the ceiling, and the landlord hardly ever tends to the garden.
