Peeling paint, old house without a lead disclosure, sinking driveway causes water to puddle near house and flood basement, electrical issues, door jams glued like they were kicked in once, black mold, faucets doesn't work right in kitchen, only sprayer, evidence of termites (sawdust all around edge of basement) outside spigots don't wirk or leak, central air fixed after going to court, drier outlet never worked, no railing on front stairs, doors and windows with broken latches. Landlord informed of issues yet did nothing.
