Reviews

Landlord would gain access, wonder around and pee on toilet floor. Air con doesn't work. Neighbours have parties Thursday-Sunday nights and their guests will park on your front lawn. There are two cops that live in the street so nothing will be done. Agent will try and take bond for no reason.
