The house overall isnt bad, just not worth the price we are paying that is $630 per week. I however, cannot warn you ENOUGH about the neighbors!!!

They are currently renovating the fence, pool area and drive way, so there are workers contently on the site weekends and week days. Constant drilling, hammering and power tools. Normally this wouldn't bug me, but its been going on for 3 months so its getting a little old.

At first they ripped down the fence and left a huge hole on the side of our drive way so if you park in our drive way the driver cannot get out without falling down a hole. Owner of the house refuses to fix the hole, as he and the neighbors are also fighting about who should pay for the fence. As its my understanding the owner sees no issue with the fence so he doesn’t want to pay for a 6” white rendered concreate wall. The original fence was fine, just needed cosmetic work.

Neighbours started off friendly until one night they banged down our door accusing our cats of scratching their car. After that the cats remained inside for fear of their safely. That’s when the abuse started, as well as the passive aggressive attitude. They would block off our drive way by having their contractors/friends/family park us in. We have asked them nicely to move their car and have been met with hostile attitude. The husband is a large, built man so he frightens me, so much to the point I refused to leave the house for a week. They have even banged on our door at 6am demanding my partner move his car (from our driveway!) so their trucks can park on our property!

The workers come and render the fence and leave huge chunks of concreate on our side in the grass, so when I am mowing, concreate has flug up and hit my face. We have spoken to them to clean it up and they have ignored us. I have caught them using our hose to wash away render and cement and they leave building supplies in our backyard. The workers use heavy machinery at all hours and smoke right under our window so our house stinks of cigarette smoke.

It’s gotten to the point where his wife bashed in our door screaming at myself and my partner that we had damaged there concreate pillar, I inspected it and it was a TINY stress fracture due to the heat or possibly a bubble when the concreate was poured. I was so frightened as the husband threatened to smash our car window with a brick and told us not to f$#*k with them as they know people, I called the police. They have now spoken with them and if they come back onto our property I will be charging them with trespassing.

Our soon to be x neighbors (we are moving) are nothing but rich bullies who have pushed us around and frightened us. I warn you PLEASE think about this before moving to this property. I have been called everything under the sun, from whore, c^%&t, bitch, nasty etc. I wouldn’t want any family living next to these horrible people.
