The owner of this property is very stingy and does not like anyone who is not a professional family renting his homes. This home's heater does not work and the owner refuses to fix it. House is freezing in winter. Owner drives past home constantly and stares into the yard and home. owner tried to have us kicked out for having a dog, but the dog had moved in with us and he was advised on our private letter as well to the owner that we owned a cat and dog. The owner tried taking our bond money as well. He was a nightmare. The landlord rents homes out in this area. BE CARREFULL
