Serious damp, relentless mould, electrical faults, vermin. Property and driveway are sliding down the hillside. No Foxtel signal as it's built into a cliff/waterfall. In our short stay there, our possessions actually became damp. I'd come in in dry clothes and in 10 min a chair I'd have wet pants.
