The landlord mentions that you will be responsible for a monthly water bill that she insists must remain in her name. What she doesn't tell you is that 2 homes are on 1 meter. I'm a single man and the other home is a family of 4 or maybe 5 people. She tells you your part of the water bill, but will never show you a bill. She always charges a very, and I mean very, high amount. Most families in this area don't pay the amount she charged me as a single person who is hardly ever home. The homes she rents are in dire need of repair. She finds reasons not to return your deposit and will basically do anything to cheat people from their money. Beware of her rental properties!
